The residence permit can be canceled, not only with existing reasons but also with the new ones:
– According to the statement of this foreign citizen.
– In case of not sending notification of confirmation for permanent residence permit within 2 years.
– In case of staying outside of Russia for 6 months in total for the year.
– The permanent residence permit of a highly qualified specialist will be canceled if, after termination of the labor or civil law contract, a new one was not concluded within 30 days. If it was concluded, then it would be necessary to make correction on work permit and get a new permanent residence permit.
