The new Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated September 23, 2020 No. 580 “On Amending the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated April 18, 2020 No. 274” On temporary measures to regulate the legal status of foreigners and stateless persons in Russia due to the threat of further the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) has been published.
The terms of stay of foreign citizens were extended until December 15, 2020.
