Highly qualified foreign specialists with a work permit in the Russian Federation will be able to enter the country. The order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Foreign specialists are allowed a single entry into the Russian Federation on the basis of a special list. Such a list should be sent to the Federal Security Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia by the federal executive authorities, which are in charge of the employer of a foreign specialist. Required condition – is the indication of the checkpoint which the employee plans to enter the country through and the date of arrival.
In addition to a passport, a foreign specialist must have a valid employment contract or a contract for the performance of work or the provision of services.
