Decree dated 07.11.2019 No. 19 “On immunization against measles of labor migrants temporarily staying and living in the territory of the Russian Federation”
In accordance with clause 3 of this Decree, all legal entities (employers), by December 31, 2020, must ensure, immunization against foreign citizens who have not been vaccinated against measles and who have not had measles before.
We strongly recommend that all employers vaccinate against measles all their foreign staff .
